Harley-Davidson has launched its most affordable bike in India, the X440. The bike is available in three variants: Denim, Vivid, and S. The Denim variant is priced at Rs 2.29 lakh, the Vivid variant is priced at Rs 2.49 lakh, and the S variant is priced at Rs 2.69 lakh.
The X440 is powered by a 440cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 27hp and 38Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike has a steel trellis frame and is suspended by a 43mm USD fork and twin shock absorbers. Braking is handled by a 320mm disc up front and a 240mm disc at the rear. The bike has a seat height of 805mm and a fuel tank capacity of 13.5 liters.
The Denim variant of the X440 comes with wire-spoke wheels and minimal badging. The Vivid variant comes with alloy wheels and dual-tone paint options. The S variant comes with diamond-cut alloy wheels, machined engine cooling fins, 3D badging, and a color TFT dash with Bluetooth connectivity.
The X440 is available in three colors: Mustard Yellow, Metallic Thick Red, and Metallic Dark Silver. All variants come with a USB charging port as standard.

The Harley-Davidson X440 is priced roughly Rs 35,000 more than the evergreen Royal Enfield Classic 350. However, the X440 offers a more modern design, a more powerful engine, and a wider range of features.
