Bugatti’s last supercar becomes the most expensive car ever

Most major car companies are phasing out ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) cars as a solution to the pollution caused by petrol and diesel cars. The world’s supercar maker Bugatti has now entered this market. Bugatti has sold its last fully petrol-powered car, henceforth Bugatti will no longer manufacture ICE engine cars.

When the news spread that Bugatti was selling its last car, billionaires around the world rushed to buy it. He wanted to have that car, but the company organized an auction of the last Bugatti Chiron car. Some billionaires participated in the auction, whose bid made a world record.

The bid for the last petrol model of the Bugatti Chiron is around $95 million, which is Rs.78 crore in Indian rupees. This also makes it the most expensive car ever sold at auction. Not only this but the entry fee was also kept for this auction, which fetched $10.7 million more than the asking price for this car.

This Bugatti Chiron is the fastest model in the Chiron series and can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 2.3 seconds. It takes 5.5 seconds to accelerate to 200 kmph and can reach a top speed of 378 kmph.

The Bugatti Chiron carries forward the company’s 114-year legacy. The lower part of the car has been specially designed with exposed carbon fiber, a Blue Royal Carbon color. The Le Patron has been placed to match the carbon tint of the lower half.
